Who we are: Quality Cascade, Inc. is the creation of two people who know buildings and properties, and who understand and anticipate the ongoing care of a property. Al King is a builder with over 20 years of experience building, repairing and maintaining commercial and residential properties. Al thrives on client satisfaction, and possesses a thorough understanding of property maintenance needs. Kristin Pedersen is a professional engineer with 10 years experience designing contract plans for commercial construction. Kristin’s expertise includes building and land municipal codes, drainage infrastructure construction, maintenance and retrofit, landowner regulatory and reporting requirements, environmental compliance, energy optimization, and structural inspection and maintenance. Kristin is committed to understanding client needs and care of the environment. Together, Kristin and Al comprise the perfect leadership for a building maintenance and janitorial company. Their professional expertise in buildings and commercial property allows them to easily understand the needs, constraints, and priorities of their clients. |
